We recommend cooking on a medium to low heat for best results, to allow the pan to maintain constant distribution throughout cooking times. A 4mm heat tempered glass lid with steam vent is included with each saucepan and casserole pan made with matching stainless-steel handles and rims. Riveted for extra strength and heat resistance, it allows for direct transferal from hob to oven. The ILAG Non-Stick Premium coating lines the inside base of the frying pan, the systems of the premium range are intended for high quality coating series for intensive daily use.

Coatings for cookware are three-layer systems based on PTFE (polytetrafluorethylene) with high resistance to scratching and very good corrosion properties. Never heat up an empty pan, the critical temperatures can be quickly reached. Suitable on most hob types including, Gas, Electric, Ceramic, Halogen. The pan capacities range from 1.5L to 2.5L, certainly enough room to feed the whole family. Please note: over time copper may darken due to the natural oxidisation process.
