The 28cm Grill Pan can be used as a roasting tray in the oven by simply detaching the handle. Place your joint of meat in the centre of the pan with your potatoes and vegetables around it and cover with silver foil. Roast in the oven, then leave your meat to rest and pop the pan on the hob to make your fresh gravy from all those lovely juices. Do not use metal utensils.

Wash with warm soapy water before initial use. Oven safe up to 260°C/500°F. Oven-proof glass lids up to 220°C. Suitable for all hob types including induction.
